My weiner dog's name is Princess. She is everything her name describes. She is incredibly sweet to the ones she loves but kind of mean to strangers. She loves cuddling and staying close to me. She'll jump on my lap every possible chance she has. I love almost everything about her but she does have some flaws.

For one, she is very protective. She barks at anything and anyone she doesn't recognize. Since she is a miniature, my sister babied her throughout her life, and it shows. She is not very socialized.

She has had back surgery which amounted to more than $8,000. I did not know to much about Dachshund back problems till later on. Lots of long dogs have this problem. Even though she cost an arm and leg, she is by far the greatest dog I have ever had.
