Dachshund Love!
Our dachshund is a great little lap dog. He loves being right under your feet, making sure you didn't drop anything he can eat. He's not a fan of people coming into his house and is very anxious when we take him out of the house. He loves running ad jumping, chasing bunnies and cats. Unfortunately, because of his length, he recently suffered from a herniated disc and had to undergo an extensive (and expensive) surgery and recovery process. We were told that he would not have had this problem, had we not allowed him to jump, so that's a big thing to consider with this breed. He's so sweet and loves belly rubs and snuggling under the covers and just looks so darn cute while doing it!
