Hello. I love animals, and I have had several pets in my short lifetime. My first pet was a stick insect that I found in a pile of refuge after the trees in the yard of my childhood home were trimmed. Also, I have had several "adopted" pets that I considered to be mine as I was the one taking care of the animal in lieu of the owner for prolonged periods of time.
